1. Data controller

The controller for any personal data processed in connection with this website is:

Given the nature and scale of the processing described below, no data protection officer is required, and none has been appointed. Data protection enquiries go to info@krasoven.online.

2. What this website collects

Through the website itself: nothing. Specifically, this site does not:

• set cookies of any kind, first-party or third-party;
• write to localStorage, sessionStorage or IndexedDB;
• run any analytics product, including self-hosted analytics;
• load any advertising or conversion pixel;
• attempt device fingerprinting;
• load fonts, scripts, stylesheets, images or anything else from a third-party server, including content delivery networks and font services — every asset comes from this domain, and the typography uses the fonts already installed on your device;
• operate a contact form, a comment system, a login, a newsletter or a user account.

You can verify all of this yourself in about thirty seconds. The cookie policy explains how.

3. Server logs

Like any website, this one is delivered by a web server, and the hosting infrastructure generates technical access logs as part of operating it. These may contain the IP address of the requesting device, the time of the request, the page requested, the HTTP status and the user-agent string.

• Purpose: keeping the server running and secure, diagnosing faults, and identifying abuse. Nothing else.
• Legal basis: our legitimate interest in the security and correct operation of the site (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
• What we do not do with them: we do not analyse them for audience measurement, we do not build profiles from them, we do not combine them with any other source, and we do not share them with advertisers.
• Retention: access logs are kept only for as long as needed for those operational purposes and are then rotated and deleted. They are not archived for analysis.

4. If you email us

If you write to info@krasoven.online we necessarily receive your email address, your message, and whatever else you choose to put in it.

• Purpose: answering you.
• Legal basis: our legitimate interest in responding to correspondence (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR), or the steps taken at your request before entering a contract where relevant.
• Retention: correspondence is kept only for as long as needed to deal with the matter and to keep a record of any correction request, and is then deleted.
• Recipients: the mailbox provider that carries the message. We do not forward your correspondence to advertisers.

5. When you follow a partner link

Links marked “Partner link” take you off this website to an advertiser or to an affiliate network's redirect service. From that moment you are on someone else's site and their privacy policy applies, not ours. They will very likely set cookies or other identifiers in order to attribute the referral, and they may process your data for their own purposes.

What we do at our end: the link may carry campaign parameters that were already present in the address of the page you are on (for example a click identifier appended by an advertising platform). These are passed along in the URL so that the referral can be attributed. They are not stored by us, not written to your browser, and not combined with anything else.

Your outbound requests carry a referrer policy of strict-origin-when-cross-origin, which means a destination site is told which site you came from but not which page.

6. Sharing and international transfers

We do not sell, rent or share personal data. Because the website performs no third-party requests, no data about your visit is transferred to any other organisation by the act of loading a page. The website is hosted within the European Union.

7. Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to request access to your personal data, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, portability, and to object to processing based on legitimate interests. Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw it at any time.

In practice, the only personal data we are likely to hold about you is an email you sent us and, for a short operational period, a server log line. To exercise any right, write to info@krasoven.online. We will respond within one month.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. Ours is the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection (Úřad pro ochranu osobních údajů), Pplk. Sochora 27, 170 00 Praha 7, Czech Republic — uoou.cz. You may also complain to the authority in your own country of residence.

8. Children

This site is not directed at children and collects no data from anyone, including children.

9. Changes to this policy

If we ever introduce anything that processes your data — which would be a significant change of approach — we will update this page and the date at the top of it before doing so, and we would have to ask for your consent where the law requires it.
